Flash content "bounces" when dragging the vertical scroll bar. Does not occur if scrolling using a hardware mouse or if clicking the up / down arrows.

For the sample web page, notice how the Youtube video bounces when dragging vertical scroll.

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:
"Bouncing" of Flash plug-in container occurs.

Expected Results:
Scrolling should be smooth, no matter the method used.
Confirming this is a specific scenario of the scrolling bouncing. I've noticed this is less noticeable with arrow keys, or mousewheel if using faster hardware. But it is there and uglier on slower hardware (even Core 2 Duo and ATI 5400 level hardware its visible. Marking a dupe I think makes sense in this case, as I know it happens with arrow keys, mousewheel, dragging the scrollbar.

Mostly with smooth scrolling and hw acceleration on by default.
