It looks like these are the issue I see.
1. I have set Anjali as my default Malayalam font
but it looks like Karthika was taken.
2. It looks like the problem character is the chill-letter
and if a character is missing we should be printing others
Similar issue occurred in Bug 362527 and we resolved it earlier.
