Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Maximize the Window
2.Go Full Screen
3.Click on the tabgroups
4.Exit tabgroups
5.Exit Full Screen
Actual Results:  
Very Large border under Minefield button above tabbar when exiting through "F11"
Tabbar on new line when exiting through the restore button.

Expected Results:  
Restore it to pre-maximize state.
