Now tabs are moved to the title bar in beta 9. But this also disables the ability for users to restore their window by the double click gesture (in empty space), esp. when the title bar is fully occupied by tabs. This makes resizing window much more inconvenient since users will have to click on the very small restore button on the right to resize the window. I believe this feature can make resizing much more convenient in Fx, without sacrificing any vertical space.

This will be fixed by bug 624129 by ensuring that there is always some
glassed space to the right of the tab strip. This can be used for dragging or double clicking to restore the window. See bug 624129 comment 13.
