The extension summary appears over the "Disable" "Remove" buttons

1.Open the add-ons manager
2.Select Test Pilot Extension
3.Click "More"
Actual Results:  
Description over reviews, settings & buttons

Expected Results:  
A correct layout with the app description at the Top of the page, & the buttons in the bottom
