Sometimes my Firefox button on Windows 7 shrinks in width by a few pixels. I've observed this a bunch of times now. It seems to occur randomly, though I've been able to reproduce it now by starting the browser, waiting a bit and then clicking on the button.
Attached are two screenshots of before & after. Apologies for the non-Aero look, was using RDC. This definitely occurs with Aero, too.
