I just tried to submit NoScript 2.0.9.5, and after upload/validation the status on https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/developers/addon/noscript/versions/126143 is "Awaiting Preliminary Review", while https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/developers/addon/noscript/versions/ says "This add-on has been fully reviewed.".

If I understand correctly https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/developers/docs/policies/reviews#full, NoScript 2.0.9.5 should be waiting for a new full review, rather than for a preliminary one.
