Clicking on the "Learn more..." opened a new window making me lose context of the other tabs. This is a usability problem. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Make a plugin to crash 2. Click on the "Learn more..." in the notifier. Actual Results: Opens a new window. Expected Results: Would be ideal to open a tab in foreground.
