document load event is missed for the _blank document when the img1 of link1 is clicked (second test). I'm not 100% clear on this. Is this just timing fragility in the tests? How about we comment out the fragile tests and file a bug?

The test doesn't look guilty.

I've never seen it on try server builds for bug 606924. Perhaps it makes sense to wait for a landing to check if it really helps.
