When sufficient tabs are open to allow scrolling, the tab bar does not respond to "sideways" scroll on my touchpad. It does respond to up/down scrolling, which suggests that the problem isn't with the touchpad (FF recognises sideways scroll in this textbox even). An option to allow scrolling the tab bar with the more logical sideways scroll (moving my hand upward to make the tabs rotate backward is confusing) should be present, or FF should do it automatically.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find a computer which has a touchpad/(perhaps mouse, I haven't tried) with sideways scrolling ability.
2. Open enough tabs to require scrolling (I need >20, but I've got a wide screen)
3. Observe how up/down scroll rotates the tabs, but sideways scroll doesn't.
Actual Results:
The up/down scrolling works as expected, but sideways scrolling has no effect.

Expected Results:
The tabs should rotate when either up/down or sideways scrolling is done while the mouse is over the tab bar.

I'm not using any addons that should influence this, and by "rotate", I mean like when you click the side arrows on the tab bar and it moves the tabs such that you can see the ones that are off the screen.
Can you please test the latest beta release of Firefox 4? Is it fixed in that version?
