Using this bug to track all website changes needed to update desktop Beta site for RC.

I just asked this in bug 627407, but it's actually relevant to all this pages. I'm assuming these pages should replace the beta pages, and the beta urls should forward to the RC ones?

I've changed all the beta URLs to be RC, the beta ones now redirect.

Tweaking all the RC pages will be trivial once I get the copy.
