I've even tried resetting the password.  One computer works fine.  One does not.  It fails every time.

What OS and Fx version are you using on the other computer? Can that computer synchronize without this error?

Same OS, Same Fx version, and yes, that computer does sync without issue.  I am a computer consultant (Lotus/IBM Software) to just let you know my level of computer knowledge.  Thanks!

Looks like one of bug 609380, bug 621024 and the likes. I'm going to randomly pick bug 621024 to dupe it to. We really need to make sure that the password engine doesn't apply those broken records.
