Printing / print previewing an XML document results in a blank page (just containing page headers and footers.)
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open XML file in Firefox.
--> Document tree is displayed, and the message "... does not appear to have any style information associated with it ..."
2. Print the document
Actual Results:
A single empty page is printed.
Expected Results:
A set of pages containing the XML document tree.
