627235 - Jetpack widget in addon bar "squashes" addon bar

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
 1. View | Toolbars | Addon Bar
     --> Take a good hard look at the "x" close button on addon bar
 2. Load this super-basic jetpack and click 'Test':
      https://builder.addons.mozilla.org/addon/1000076/latest/
 3. Look at the 'close' button again.

ACTUAL RESULTS:
Close button (and indeed the addon bar's height, in general) gets squashed when I add this basic jetpack.
