Earlier this evening, cb-xserve01 unexpectedly went offline (and was intermittently inaccessible when I discovered an hour or so later, but finally appeared to have rebooted properly).

See attached system.log snippet (those 'arp' entries are the only things that appear between the end of the logging from when Phong rebooted for 623798 and the unexpected offline; I don't know what the 'arp' entries are, but they have appeared all the time for as long as I can remember, so I assume they are normal).

I opened Server Monitor to see if it might tell me more about what happened, and I noticed the "Power" globe was orange. Checking the Power tab, it seems that Power Supply 2 is malfunctioning:

(orange ball) PS2 Power Supply: 0.00 watts, Warning

What's the suggested course of action here wrt the power supply?

Also, are there other logs that might provide more information about why the server went offline unexpectedly and remained intermittently inaccessible for the next two hours?
This server was relocated and temporarily only has 1 plugged in. It is a known.

We needed to vacate some servers from the 16th floor and move them to 14th floor.
