Unable to reproduce on Windows 7 FF4b9
I don't know how you can reproduce this bug... Do you need technical information. Ask me what you need.
Reporter, did this use to work for you in previous betas? Could you enable the default theme and check if things look better? Can you check if the problem happens with a new profile?
I'm surprise! I was thinking it was the default theme. Normally, when I use a beta of Firefox, all my themes do not work because they are made for an older version. Firefox normally use the default theme in this situation. Also, I'm don't remember that I have install this ugly theme. When I check in the theme window (now a tab), it's not there.

So, I have open Firefox in the special mod (mode sans échecs) and I have restore the default options. Now, the GUI are totally OK.

Suggestion: Give an option to restore the default option in the windows installer of Firefox 4.

Thank-you for your help.
