Details
Per remora page, https://addons.allizom.org/en-US/editors/queue/pending , the new editor queue needs to have tabs at the top. Each tab should have a count of total items.
This is also related to bug 622169
...the tabs were originally part of bug 622172

Should be visible soon at https://addons.allizom.org/z/en-US/editors/queue/pending
Note that only the pending queue was implemented since each ticket for subsequent pages will need more work on their respective tabs. See bug 627502 and bug 627512
