Steps to reproduce:
1. Pick an add-on awaiting full review
2. Upload  a new version
3. Notice the file status in  manage versions page

observed behavior:
File status in manage version page "Awaiting preliminary review" which is incorrect

However, versions page correctly displays the file status to be "Awaiting full review"
