Middle Mouse Click on open space in a page opens the contents of the clipboard
in the current browser.
Pasting into text boxes still works.
I believe the currect action is to drop the contents of the clipboard onto the
page which results in the same response as a drag and drop of a url.

Expected results: nothing happens
Netscape 4.76: nothing happens
There is already a bug on this
