***Overview Description: In the bookmarks manager window, if you right click to bring up a context menu, on an Imported IE Favorites bookmark, an invisible context menu is created. On the Mac you can even see the little 1px square box. Since there is a context menu up the next click anywhere simply dismisses the menu instead of respecting the click. ***Steps to Reproduce: 1) Open the Manage Bookmarks window 2) Right-click on an IE Favorites item. 3) Click to select any other item. ***Actual Results: After the one click apparently nothing happens. In fact you've dismissed the invisible context menu. ***Expected Results: Respect my mouseclick and select the new item. ***Build Date & Platform Bug Found: 2000120816 On Win98 and MacOS 8.5
This bug looks fixed in the 2001022605 nightly on win2k, most likely because of ben's bookmatk re-write awhile back. Claudius: can you verify that this bug is fixed?
I agree, this is now fixed.
Marking FIXED because it works for me too in the new bookmarks manager (there is a real context menu)
