STEPS TO REPRODUCE: Load about:addons and zoom in all the way.

ACTUAL RESULTS:
See attachment 505791 [details] -- at highest zoomlevel...
 - the lower button on vertical scrollbar for addons list is obscured
 - the horizontal scrollbar is obscured (or missing? I'm assuming there should be one, since the content doesn't all fit, and a horizontal scrollbar appears at lower zoomlevels)

If you back off one notch ("Ctrl,-") from being zoomed in all the way, both problems are fixed.

(This issue was originally reported in bug 621253 comment 28, but is unrelated to that bug, so I spun it off to this bug.)
(Actually, you can also reproduce this at lower zoomlevels if you reduce the height of your browser.)
(and you can "fix" even at the highest zoomlevel by making your browser taller.)
This might be fixed by bug 617076.
As reports show that has not been fixed yet.
Summary: When Add-ons Manager is fully zoomed, scrollbars are partially/fully obscured → When Add-ons Manager is zoomed in/out, scrollbars are partially/fully obscured
