In the ask a question form, we suggest some threads, we tend to overexpose (old) solved threads rather than just helpful threads (which could be more recent and relevant.)
We should show all helpful threads, not just solved ones.

We should make this the default in basic searches, too.

Pretty sure *this* got fixed, and we now want to move beyond it to showing all questions, not just those with has_helpful.
