steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://addons.allizom.org/en-US/developers/addon/munnis-add-on/edit
2. Select a locale like "Polski"
3. Edit add-on summary
4. Change the locale to "suomi" without saving changes
5. Click "Save Changes" when prompted
observed behavior:
Duplicate form-fields are seen on changing locales without saving edits
reproducible: often but not always
Also:
No JS errors in my error console
