627919 - change Jetpack SDK component description to point bug filers to Add-on SDK product

People still file bugs in the Mozilla Labs product, Jetpack SDK component, even though we've moved bug tracking for Add-on SDK (née Jetpack SDK) to the Add-on SDK product.

I don't want to remove the component entirely, since numerous links around the web still point to it.  But it would be handy if its description pointed users to the correct location to file such bugs.  Thus please change the description of the component to:

    Warning!  This Bugzilla component is obsolete.  Please file bugs in the
    Add-on SDK product instead:
    
    https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=Add-on%20SDK

If it's possible to link "file bugs in the Add-on SDK product" to the URL instead of including it in the text of the description, then that would be even better.  But if not, because the description can only be plaintext rather than HTML, then that's ok, this version should suffice.

i've added the linebreak. we can also add bold if you like.

As the component is truly dead, i've filed bug 628709 asking for a redirect which will redirect the old link to the new location. With that added, we should be able to permanently delete the component.
