User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:2.0b10pre) Gecko/20110122 Firefox/4.0b10pre SeaMonkey/2.1b2pre
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:2.0b10pre) Gecko/20110122 Firefox/4.0b10pre SeaMonkey/2.1b2pre

This is a strange one. My screen size is 1600x1200 and I often have 2 browser windows side by side, each 800px wide. In the window on the right side of the screen, any attempt to drag and drop a link from the page to an existing tab fails--it will only add a new tab between existing tabs. This does not happen in the window on the left side of the screen--drag and drop a link will replace an existing tab or insert a new one just like it always has.

If I move the window that is on the left side of the screen to the right side, drag and drop stops working normally. If I move the window from the left side of the screen to roughly the center of the screen, the arrow that indicates where on the tabbar the link will be dropped starts acting strangely, pointing farther left as I drag the cursor to the right. Very weird.

I tried it with a fresh install of the nightly build and a new profile (no extensions and all default prefs), and get the same results.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open 2 browser windows, each about half the screen width, placed side by side.
2. Open 2 or more tabs in each window.
3. Go to http://www.mozilla.org in both windows.
4. Attempt to drag the "About Us" link to one of the other existing tabs.
Actual Results:
In the window on the left, the link drops into the selected tab. In the window on the right, it does not, but will only open a new tab next to the desired tab.

Expected Results:
Drag and drop to the tabbar behaves the same regardless of window size or placement on the screen.

Move the window on the left to about center screen and repeat the drag. Watch the arrows go crazy.
