RTF Word files shown as plaintext

Details
When giving an URL that contain .rtf file extension (Rich Text Format from
Word), the file is shown directly as plaintext without asking anything, it
should behave like the .doc files (at least on win32)
Hope that anybody didn't use .rtf extension for another format since Rich text
format is a standard recognized by a lot of office suite other than MSOffice
(StarOffice, KOffice, ...)
