62817 - Message navigation keyboard shortcuts do not work (F,N,T,B&P)

In the mail window the shortcut keys (F, N ,T , B & P) do not work

Message navigation works from the menu bar however
Go->next->Message
		(F)
Go->next->Unread Message		(N)
Go->next->Falgged Message
Go->next->Unread Thread			(T)

Go->previous->Message
		(B)
Go->previous->Unread Message		(P)
Go->previous->Falgged Message


Keys N,T,& B do nothing and keys F&P bring up the compose new message window.

This is also the case with all other shortcuts when the mail window has focus.

Either they just do not work, or the spawn a compose window.

Shortcuts work fine from the browser window :-(

similar bug 58006 http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=58006
but this is permenant and applies to all shortcuts.

Well here we are again...

Not quite permenant.  This time I started Mozilla it has worked which means it
worked 1 time from 5+

It also never appears to "loose" the shorcuts whilst running, they always appear
to always work, or never work.  That is I have never been able to get the
shortcuts to work if they didn't when mozilla started. and if they worked, they
continue to work.

uptimes of 1+ hour.

Build 2000-12-13-08: NT4, Win2000
Unfortunately I have not reproduced this problem on NT4. Also tried Win2000 but
the shortcuts are working there as well. I'll keep trying.
