The new actions (prelim review and such) don't show up in the Performance Report or Review Log. The cells in the actions column are just blank.

This is caused by the regression being patched in bug 626487.  Approval data for initial reviews (not updates) were not saved. :'(

Fixed a couple of variable names, and updated the status checking to match the changes in the review process.
