Details
There is no Manifest component available for now, so lets file it under Mozmill. Right now we are using 'here' to specify the root folder. That's somewhat unusual and I have never seen it before. Lets make it more descriptive and name it what it really is, the 'root' folder.

It shouldn't be called 'root', as it is 'here' per manifest. That is, if you include a manifest in another, the 'here' for the included manifest is the directory of that manifest, not the 'root' directory. It could be called 'dir' or 'directory', if desired. 'here' was taken from http://pythonpaste.org , FYI

In that case you are right. It's hard to understand what this value stands for if you haven't used it before. Having something in the name which connects to the manifest directory would be helpful.
