It could be interesting to see, in the address bar, not only the page you're currently being focused on, but also which part of the page you're browsing: the anchor (#second-paragraph) you're reading. Not only if one has clicked on a link which specified it, but always, in general: a box which sense your focus (something like a mouseover first anchor, mouseover second anchor...) and puts it in the bar. It would be awesome to have an option so that if I click on this anchor bar, I see a list where I can browse through all the anchors. Mockup:
