It looks like it gets smaller, but maybe it might be AA or subpixel AA or something. I don't see the text boxes really getting smaller, but the if you click on a download row, it highlights inside the borders. Not sure about the search bar or anything else.

This bug was reported using a pre-release version of Firefox 4. Now that Firefox 4.0.1 final has been released, can you please update and retest your bug?
