Details for this bug are as follows:

When launching a new email to test sending email via live.com/hotmail on Firefox 4, you click on the Office Docs, Photo, from bing, and emoticons buttons to attach files and they do not have any functions behind them - Nothing happens.  No calls to the API to browse and search for files, or launching a bing window, etc.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Login to windows live via live.com
2.  Select Hotmail>Inbox from the top Menu
3.  Select New from the sub menu
4.  Address email,, enter subject and click on Office Docs, Photo, from bing, and emoticons buttons to attach files and observe that nothing happens.
Actual Results:  
Nothing happens, the buttons appear to be non-clickable images

Expected Results:  
Expect API calls to occur and bring up a Finder window, launch Bing in the right margin, or to show emoticons in the right margin

Bugzilla Bug#605745 already exists with this exact problem, but the version of Firefox reported in this bug was for 3.6.  I just tested this functionality in Firefox 3.6.13 and I was able to successfully attach files, photos, video, and emoticons in 3.6.13 therefore, Bug # 605745 is resolved.  I am opening this bug again for Version 4.0b9 as the functionality in version 4 is broken again in the beta version.  I have submitted screenshots and video showing where it fails in version 4 but works in version 3.6.13 attached in the uTest bug documentation

Also confirmed that 605745 does not exist in 3.6.13.

I can't reproduce this problem on the latest nightly, 4b12pre, on Win7.
