I just update from firefox 4 beta 9 to beta 10. Firefox restored my tabs and groups after update, but when I close it and restart it, tabs or groups were gone!
Reproducible: Didn't try
Expected Results:
Firefox should ask me if I "want Firefox to save your tabs for the next time it starts?"
It appears that browser.warnOnQuit and browser.warnOnRestart have been set to false somehow during update. Setting them back to true restore the expected behavior.

Reproducible, but I am almost sure that this is intended. The configs were left at the discretion of users who want the feature back.
I will not set any resolutions based on a "feeling" of mine, so cc-ing juan for a
confirmation on this one.

We changed those in bug 592822.

They're always saved, but not restored by default. See history->restore previous session how to restore them.
Actually INVALID since it's not a bug.

Sorry for the misclassification but I still believe this behavior should be documented somewhere (am I missing some web page?). I use firefox daily and I was not aware of the "History -> Restore Previous Session" thing (thank you for the info =)...
Anyway, I really think that such a "preferences reset" should be documented somewhere since it is very disturbing to believe you have lost all your open tabs. It may be a new/default behavior, but why overwrite user's previous choices/customizations? It was just an update after all (okay, this is beta software). I like Firefox to ask me what I want to do on close. I do not mean it is THE right think to do, but this is the way I want Firefox to act.
Thank you.
