User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:2.0b10) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0b10 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:2.0b10) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/4.0b10 The problem is in FF4b9 an 10 (the only ones I tested). The problem is that when I open a link in a new window sometimes it does not work. Well, I am presented with a new instance of the browser as expected but it seems like the parameter is not passed or something. Also, I have noticed something weird about the new instance. There is a button labeled Firefox in orange and another set of minimize, maximize, and close buttons. After seeing Windows Vista and 7 interfaces, I think the problem has got to be a bug in which the browser confuses the operating system used. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1. Restart the browser. 2. Open any link in new window. 3. Keep trying step 2, until you get it. Actual Results: The problem described in summary. Expected Results: The browser opens links in new window and always navigate to them, without the double sets of buttons. The problem is persistent in every them (including the default one).
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:2.0b11pre) Gecko/20110126 Firefox/4.0b11pre Works fine for me. Please try if you can reproduce it or if it works fine 1.in safe mode. https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode 2.or by creating a new profile https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Managing+profiles#Creating_a_profile
