Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; rv:2.0b11pre) Gecko/20110126 Firefox/4.0b11pre
Confirmed. Bottom scroll bar is missing. The sub-directories are hidden behind the right pane.

while this is valid, I don't expect much users having this kind of issues, from last stats we collected the vast majority of users had bookmarks in 1 livel, someone less 2 levels, someone less 3 levels, rare more than 3 levels.

I agree this is not high priority in fixing, nevertheless it comes as a result of testing some corner cases around with places. Such problems affect esthetics more than functionality.
More, it will sure not come up with a patch in Firefox 4, but it should be something to consider in the future.

I would also like to add that the scroll bar is not present in right pane either.
