Details

This once once used for specifying different add bookmark dialogs and allowing to resize some dialog and not others (persisting size differently based on the dialog). This also causes us to have 2 copies of the same xul.
We should kill this concept and make the dialogs opening methods more understandable.
I don't rememeber exactly when this happened, though we did it.
