Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the control panel in Fennec
2. Click on the system Home button
3. Open the android stock browser (for the first time)
4. When the OS asks which browser to perform this action, select Fennec

Actual Results:
The controls panel is shown and a "new tab opened" dialog pops up.

Expected Results:
The browser window should be shown with the newly loaded page.
