629548 - Copy in delete confirmation box is missing

Description

steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://addons-next.allizom.org/en-US/developers/addon/green-hornet-1/versions/
2. Click on Delete add-on

expected behavior:
There is a confirmation box which sahows the following warning- "Deleting your add-on will permanently remove it from the site and prevent its GUID from being submitted ever again, even by you. The existing users of your add-on will remain on this update channel and never receive updates again. "

actual behavior:
delete confirmation box has no warning

For complete add-ons, the warning and password confirmation should appear.

For incomplete deletions, we can either not show the box or only say "Are you sure you want to delete this add-on?" but we shouldn't have the additional warning text or password confirmation.

The latter is how it was intended, the status and highest_status bits aren't in alignment.

We still ask for password confirmation while deleting incomplete add-ons. Reopening

Thanks for filing this.  Due to resource constraints we are closing bugs which we won't realistically be able to fix.  If you have a patch that applies to this bug please reopen.
