Replies to this list are not threading in Thunderbird 3.3a2. They are correctly threading in gmail. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Subscribe to liblicense 2. Wait for people to send replies to messages 3. Notice they are not threading correctly
Can you post the source from one of these messages (a reply, not one of the root messages)? Chances are it's got a bad References header or something like that.

According to <https://wiki.mozilla.org/MailNews:Message_Threading#Preferences_Controlling_Threading> changing mail.strict_threading should fix your issue with this mailing list.
