Dustin noted in bug 627266 that when he closed the MozillaTry tree, it didn't stop people from pushing to it. I just tested it, by closing it and trying to push, and it did indeed not stop me. I verified by manually running the code from the hook that it will successfully see the tree status. My guess was going to be that we reset the try repo sometime since bug 580169 installed it, and since reinstalling the hook wasn't in https://wiki.mozilla.org/ReleaseEngineering:ResetTryServer nobody did it, but it doesn't actually look like we've reset the repo since last June.

This is fixed. The hook is now in the reset_try.sh script as well.
