I'll attach a screenshot. Reproducible: Always

Same behavior can be observed in Firefox 3.6.13 Changing resolution to Resolved Wontfix

Maybe I ask why wontfix? I never claimed it was a regression from firefox 3.6.13 and it's only a small visual enhancement. :)

Dear reporter, This is not a core issue that can influence in a bad way how the user interacts with the browser itself. I could have set the resolution to New but I am pretty sure that somebody else would had come around and set it to WONTFIX. Still, I appreciate the interest you present in the Firefox browser.
