63033 - Page load doesn't stop

Often, the web page seems to load completely, but the throbber and gauger don't
stop.
Consequences:
- Annoyed user (animations are distracting)
- Autofill doesn't work
- Secure pages are marked unsecure (didn't actually observe this, but it's a
logical consequence)
Workaround:
1. Hit stop button

E.g. I notice it very often in the Bugzilla login page.

Does not happen with 4.x. I am behind a Squid proxy.

The bottom of the login page of Bugzilla is missing, for some unknown reason.
In this case, directly related to bug 62505
