C:\Windows\System32\FNTCACHE.DAT

No, that's GDI's font cache, which is completely independent of this.

Hmmm, the font cache files should be in 

C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local

The file should be named something like:

FontCache-S-x-xxx-....dat

Do you find something like that?

Now (same name/date of font cache files as in attachment):
DirectWrite Enabled: true (6.1.7600.20830, font cache 1,21 MB)
It seems to be the size of FontCache3.0.0.0.dat, which is also unexpected.

May be when I wrote this bug, font cache files were not all generated.

I think this should probably be resolved as WORKSFORME, unless there's clearly something that's not correct.  If there's still a bug, please list the details to reproduce it (at least the steps for your machine).

As I didn't known the content of C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local when I wrote this bug, I close it as "workforme".
