Noticed that our stats have dropped from category pages. Also noticed that the same three add-ons have been on the Bookmarks Category page for 2 days. Smart Bookmarks, Add This, is.gd.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Visit page
2.refresh
3.refresh
Actual Results:  
Sam page reappeared even after two days.

Expected Results:  
The featured bookmarks on the top of the page should have changed up to give other Featured Bookmarks some exposure.

I think this fixed in preview with a change made for 629095.

Verified FIXED on preview; checked a couple of categories, and they rotate on refresh/reload.
