Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; m18) Gecko/20001216 When navigating around the web, occasionally the throbber, url bar, and status bar will stop feeding me information. Example: 1) I type in the address I want to go to: www.mozilla.org 2) The throbber doesn't move, status bar remains with whatever was already on it, and the URL bar doesn't prefix it with http:// 3) I visit another site, and the same happens again. (the pages do load up, and work ok - usually) 4) I visit another page, and suddenly they srping to life. There seems to be no reason to it starting stopping showing. The bug is reproducable for me within ten visits from opening the browser. <cc'ing Alan because he spotted the problem first and needed to dash away, my tests verify what he spotted.>
I am going nuts with this bug. yesterday it showed up no matter what I did. Today the same 2000121608 build is working just fine. I have tried breaking it several times and can't. It may need to be watched not sure. Asa, if you have seen anything like this could you add something to this? Basicly for me Back/forword/throbber/progress bar did not work and url bar did not update as clicking from one site to another. I won'tm mark it WFM till i talk with Azrael.
Did you guys switch themes before that happened? If yes, it is a known issue. If not... I have never seen it on win32.
Nope, I hardly ever change themes. Theme changes were not the cause of this
I'm not seeing this on latest trunk build on linux.
I was seeing this, but then it went away. I holding off makring WFM till I talked with someone else that saw it. But not heard back.
