630713 - Not able to install mozzila firefox 4 beta 10

I have had the beta 9 but after i downloaded mozzila b10 it didnt work
So naturally I deleted the files and downloaded it off http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-beta.html 
But after it "finished" it said the publisher could not be verified
Then i tried to install it, which didnt work and said something like it was an invalid file

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-beta.html
2.Download the firfox 4 beta 10 in English (US)
3.After it is finished downloaded try to install it
Actual Results:  
Said it was an invalid file

Expected Results:  
Allow it to make changes to my computer so that i can instal it

After my third or fourth try folowing the steps above it finally worked

Thanks but i won't need it

as i said before

its just weird that it would happen 2-3 times consecutively

That would indicate it is a network issue and not an installer bug.

I tried it at different times

the 1st one was 11 or so hours from the 2nd attempt
and the 2nd one was about 7 hours from the 3rd 
and the 3rd and 4th were a couple minutes in between

and now i am pretty sure it was 4 attempts before it worked

also i downloaded 
Advanced System Care
near the 3rd attempt and it installed fine
