I could do this until a few days ago.Then it did not function as it had been doing.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Drag a tab to the toolbar
2.Drag the tab from the toolbar to a toolbar folder
3.Tab disappears from toolbar but does not appear in folder
Actual Results:  
Tab disappears

Expected Results:  
Tab should appear in folder

Can you reproduce the problem in Firefox Safe Mode?

Considering that no further information was provided by reporter setting resolution to WFM.
