Details

It's possible to disable a xul key element by the disabled attribute.  However, the key will still show up for menuitems for which it is applied (key="..."). This is also the behavior of our mac menus implementation, leading to a quite broken behavior: Activating the disabled key highlights the menu, but doesn't activate the menu item.
