Win32 build 2000121520 (Win98SE) This has been happening for some time, and is pretty consistent on the bugzilla query page. When I pick something from the Programs list, scroll bars paint all over that table row while the Version, Component and Target Milestone select lists are being updated/redrawn for the selected program. They disappear when the 'final' lists are presented. It is pretty bizarre to watch.
dup of bug 30091 about the same URL: "nsFormControlList::NamedItem() does a linear walk through the control list". A selection reflow problem. See behaviour of "visual clutter" described there. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 30091 ***
