Dropping bookmarks into the folder tree on the left panel still works, but you can not drop them into folders shown in the right panel. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open the Library 2. Go to a folder that has both bookmarks and sub-folders 3. Make sure none of the visible columns are sorted ascending or descending 4. Drag & drop a bookmark into a folder (in the right panel). 5. Sort one of the columns 6. Drag & drop a bookmark into a folder (in the right panel). Actual Results: At step 4, the bookmark is moved into the sub-folder At step 6, the bookmark is not moved into the sub-folder Expected Results: At step 6, the bookmark should be moved into the sub-folder

Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:2.0b12pre) Gecko/20110207 Firefox/4.0b12pre After sorting one of the columns and trying to drag and drop one of the bookmarks into a folder the user experience is not the same as when the columns are not sorted in any way: the targeted folder does not become highlighted and for the bookmarked to be added in that folder the user has to wait 1 or 2 seconds while hovering with the bookmark over the desired folder. To sum up, the bookmark is moved but the behavior is inconsistent.

Issue is also present in build 3.6.13 Considering that it represents and inconsistency in the behavior of the browser I am setting it to New.
